Cancellation Policy
PR believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
i. There is no cancellation of orders placed under the same day delivery category that includes all digital downloadable products.
ii. No cancellations are possible for those products/services that the PR marketing team has sold on any discounts, offers or under any schemes. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
Refund/Cancellation Policy
i. Digital Downloads: There is no refund policy. All our products are of artistic and intrinsic value and can’t provide a refund.
ii. Outsourcing or Recruitment Services: No refund is provided for the services that are already used. In case the customer is not wanting to continue with the service, the use of services may be discontinued by the customer at any time. However, no refund is provided for the services already charged. Unless otherwise specified, the refund or cancellation policy for each product or service is specified in the package and customer confirms the related terms at time of buys the service.
