Candidate Refer a friend Scheme
Get upto 15% of placement fee if your friend registeres and gets placed through pranam recruiters within a year.
Pranam Recruiters Process
1. Register yourself on pranam recruiters as candidate/company/recruiter
2. Fills refer a friend form and submit at least 3 candidates to start with
3. Pranam Recruiters would call these candidates within 24 hours and register them based on your reference
4. Once they have completed registration pranam recruiters would start scheduling them for interviews
5. All referred candidates to get free registration for life
6. All referred candidates who complete their profile updates within 7 days of registration will get free gold registration status for first placement
7. To be eligible for partnership in placement fee:
7.1 Your registered candidate must have at least gold registration
7.2 Your referred candidate must be placed through pranam recruiters and client must have paid the required fee in full
7.3 Your referred candidate must complete 6 months with the company placed with
7.4 Your placement fee would be paid as soon as both points and timelines completed, subject to all aove terms.
7.5 Payment amount/percentage:
– 1-3 Placement within the year – 2% of placement fee
– 4-7 Placements within the year – 8% of placement fee
– 7+ placements within a year – 15% of placement fee
8. Above terms subject to change/withdrawal anytime
9. All rights reserved by Management and management decision to be final.
