1. Master Vendor Contract (FTE model)
- Master vendor contract is:
• a contract between your company and ours where all jobs are only provided to Pranam Recruiters.
• Pranam Recruiters would be deploying staff for working on your roles
• the staff would be eligible only for pre-determined salary and incentive on placements
• the number of deployments would be based on the yearly projection of number of jobs to be filled.
2. Recruitment Partner Contract (Shared resource model)
- a contract between your company and ours where we assist you with filling your internal jobs
• Pranam Recruiters would be paid 30% of Budgeted Salary at time of submitting CVs & 70% at time of making the candidate confirmation
• 90 days replacement warranty from date of offer is provided
3. Recruitment Partner Contract for Recruitment Companies (Shared resource model)
- a contract between your company and ours where we assist you with filling jobs for your client jobs
• Pranam Recruiters would schedule interviews with your point of contact’s presence only – first round always online (where possible)
• Pranam Recruiters would be paid 70% of Recruitment Fee
• You must pay a minimum of Rs. 10,000 as deposit to start this service
• The deposit is adjustable against submitted pre-screened CVs (Rs. 500/CV)
• This 500/CV that is charged would be refunded for the placed candidate only
• You would be responsible of getting jobs and chasing client payments while Pranam Recruiters would focus on building candidate database and scheduling interviews
• 90 days replacement warranty from date of offer is provided
