Working Flexible day shifts
- WFH Recruitment Partner
– Must be fluent in communication in English and Hindi
– Must have Laptop at home with 100mbps broadband speed
– Must have completed first year of graduation
Registration Fee:
- One time registration charge (Non Refundable): 500/-
- One time security deposit (100% refundable at time of exit): 2,000/- (No GST required)
- 16 Hrs of theory training and 3 months practical on-work training provided free of change
Add on charges (Optional):
(a) Company Email/brand access: Rs. 2,000/- per month: if you use company Brand else your own brand email – Gmail not allowed.
(b) Branding: Rs. 2000/- one time for Recruitment Partners who want to use their own brand
(b) System Access: 5,000/- per month. You’ll get upto 1000 unfiltered candidates per month on taking this support besides system access for your chosen location
(c) Job Board Access: if you need candidate list support app: Rs 20 per candidate (Minimum 25 candidates must be requested). You can otherwise use your own job board.
You’ll get unfiltered CVs from the job boards used by Pranam Recruiters or from it’s database.
All prices excluding 18% GST.
Note: This is not a job. It is an offer of Recruitment Entrepreneurship created specifically for the candidates who can’t work out of home. Pranam Recruiters is providing free training for the first batch for freelancing recruiters and would provide additional support to successful candidates who achieve incentive milestones of 20k plus within 6 months. They’ll also have option to work from our offices in Jaipur Malviya Nagar.
Incentive Structure:
- SLAB 1: 25% of Invoiced revenues for revenues upto 25,000/- in a month (i.e. upto 6,250/- in this slab)
- SLAB 2: 50% of invoiced revenues for revenues above 25,000/- in a month e.g.
- e.g. if someone achieves 3 placements in the month which pay 10,000 each to the company i.e. Pranam Recruiters; the freelancer would get Rs. 6,250 for the SLAB1 plus 50% of balance Rs. 5,000 from SLAB2 i.e. Rs. 2,500 totalling to 6,250+2,500=8,750/-)
