Job Description:
- Bookkeeping of US Company Accounts, Preparation of Financials,
- Supporting Audits, Documentations, US Compliances, Reporting, Taxation etc.
- Should have experience in US GAAP,US GAAS and US Sales tax-Filings, Implementations etc
Skills Required :
- Good knowledge of accounting fundamentals.
- Knowledge of QuickBooks & Bill.com is MUST.
- Strong command on US GAAP’s and upgraded with FASBs amendments;
- Basic/Advance knowledge of GAAS along with applicability towards PCAOB (Public) & SAS (Pvt);
- Basic/Advance knowledge of US State-Wide Sales Tax Laws and Exemptions;
- Basic/Advance knowledge of US Federal Law Structure, Income Tax Brackets & Deductions;
- Administration or Accounting experience for US condominium management companies would be an advantage.
