Job Description :
• Initiate and manage outbound calls to potential and existing clients, promoting investment and portfolio management services.
• Provide detailed information about investment products, services, and portfolio management strategies.
• Schedule appointments and follow up with leads to ensure a high conversion rate.
• Handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Update and maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales and investment advisory teams to develop tailored investment solutions.
• Stay informed about market trends, financial products, and industry regulations to effectively communicate with clients.
• Assist in the development and execution of telemarketing campaigns and strategies.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and performance metrics.
• Continuously improve product knowledge and tele calling skills through training and feedback.

Timing : 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
